What we collect

To ship an order we need a name, delivery address, email address and confirmation of payment. Card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted page and are never stored on our servers. While checkout is not yet live, the only data we hold is what you send us by email.

Why we collect it

To fulfil orders, provide support, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Storage on your device

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a reload. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party pixels on this store.

Your rights

Email hello@feelsurge.shop to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Order records are retained for the period required by US tax law.

Who processes it

Payments: our payment service provider. Fulfilment: our US warehouse partner. Email: our transactional email provider. Each receives only what the task requires.
